Project Objective

We are working on project aimed at automating remote software updates for a critical embedded system. The goal is to develop a robust, fully testable solution that enables software deployment without manual intervention. The system consists of embedded controllers and Windows-based supervision stations. Additionally, the solution must support reliable remote diagnostics in case of failures.

PowerShell and Python Developer – Automation Focus


Responsibilities:

  • Developed and test Windows Image
  • Develop Orchestrator module in PowerShell that can apply update to window image and application running on Windows.
  • Build Integration Pipeline for testing
  • Integrating Orchestrator with msi installer and logging during installation procedure and security breach , uploading logs/results.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Python,
    • MSI knowledge
    • Security knowledge
  • Have experience in designing the solution with logging/diagnostics functionality
  • Strong focus on automation and test-driven development
  • Knowledge/understanding of embedded software is a plus

Work Environment

The consultants will collaborate closely with teams in Copenhagen. We expect consultant should be onsite (Copenhagen office) full time.
